2KVA SCALER TRANSFORMER for AC POWER SOURCES/FREQUENCY CONVERTERS

GENERAL:

The Titan Series T-1005 Scaler Transformer is used to conveniently scale the standard OV to 130V/260V full scale AC Power Source/Frequency Converter output to 76 different full scale voltages and currents. It is also used to join and scale the power from multiple Titan series AC Power Sources/Frequency Converters into a single output. It has a conservative continuous power rating of 2KVA and excellent voltage regulation.

Convenient setup for the desired voltage and current range is facilitated by following the simple connection instructions as defined on a supplied hookup table.

The unit is of toroidal design, making it approximately half the size and weight of a comparable stacked laminate transformer. It is completely encapsulated in epoxy for isolation and durability and features top-mounted, high quality brass terminal posts for easy interface.

It can also be used as a 240V to 120V stepdown/isolation transformer to operate the Titan series AC Power Sources/Frequency Converters off 210V to 270VAC input power mains.

REGULATION: Worst case max. 2% @ full current, 1% @ 1/2 CURRENT, .5% @1/4 current.

BANDWIDTH: Exact value varies with connection, but typically 45 HZ to 2 KHZ minimum for full power output.

ISOLATION: 1500 VAC between all windings.

RATIO: Each secondary to primary fully loaded X.1250, no load X.1274.

PRIMARY: D.C.R.- .26 ohms typ., max. continuous current level- 10 Amps.

SECONDARIES: Four identical, each rated @ D.C.R.- .019 ohms typ., max. continuous current level- 18 Amps.

SIZE: 9.0" D X 5" H.

WEIGHT: 45 pounds.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE: -25 C to 105 C case.

INTERFACE: 10-32 brass posts with nuts.

MOUNTING: Single .38" D center hole.
